This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Forij. By installing or using the Forij application (the "App"), you accept this EULA.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, Forij grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You will not, and will not permit anyone else to:
- Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
- Use the App to build a competing product or to extract its underlying models, prompts, or data.
3. Updates
Forij may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App automatically. These are governed by this EULA unless a separate license is provided.
4. Ownership
The App, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by Forij and its licensors. This EULA does not transfer any ownership to you — only the limited license described above.
5. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services (Stripe for payments; Google and OpenAI for AI features; Lovable Cloud / Supabase for hosting and storage). Your use of those services through the App is also subject to their respective terms.
6. App store terms
If you obtained the App through a third-party store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or a PWA install prompt), the store's terms also apply, and you acknowledge that the store has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms, or when you delete your account or uninstall the App. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.
8. Disclaimers and liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. The disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Service apply to this EULA and are incorporated by reference.
9. Export & sanctions
You will comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws and will not use the App in any prohibited jurisdiction.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. See our Terms of Service for venue and dispute-resolution details.
